My wife and I are were very disappointed with Quebedeaux Pontiac GMC.  The sales people did not seem to be educated on their vehicles.  When I asked to speak with the manager, I was laughed at and told he does not work weekends.  Also, that he doesn't get involved with customer complaints anyway!  There certainly was an overall lack of professionalism in this dealership.  After leaving and going to Royal, we were treated with respect by educated and friendly staff.  We are thankful that we did not purchase a vehicle from Quebedeaux.

In shopping for a vehicle at Quebedeaux Buick GMC, I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this dealership.  After I chose the car I wished to purchase, the wait time to complete my financial paperwork was almost two hours before I got up and left!  There seemed to be complete disarray with management walking back and forth in upset.  Management seemed to be irritated and a lot of whispering was going on.  I then overheard one manager yell "Don't let her leave!"  There was also a strange feel of the place that made me just get up and get out of there!  I do not recommend this unprofessional dealership.

After dealing with many dealerships and shops I have finally the best,most competent,and friendliest at Quebedeaux. The shop foreman was very helpful and diagnosed my problems correctly and effeciently.The work was completed in the promised time and the assistance in getting a rental was great. Kudos for Albert S and his crew. This shop will do all my repairs and maintenance from now on.
