My daughter came for visit for holidays and her car had check engine light on. Took the car to Steve at Meineke day after Thanksgiving and he got us right in. I rolled in at 6:30pm on Friday with my brake lights not going off when i turned off the car. obviously, if i didn't get this fixed, the battery would drain and i'd be out of luck with a dead battery by Saturday morning. I went to the front desk and asked if the mechanics were still on duty. he said they were off at 5pm, but i could go in there and ask if they could do me a favor. owner/operator/master technician chris stepped right up and how he could help me. i explained the issue and he spent about 5-10 minutes working my issue and sure enough he figured it out and at least came up with a temporary solution. he told me what to do to arrange a permanent fix and didn't try to tell me to bring it in Monday so he could fix it for a bunch of money. i asked him if i could compensate him for this mini consultation...and he declined. an owner/operator/master technician who's still at his shop 1.5 hours after closing time on a Friday willing to stand tall and help out someone in need seems like a pretty solid guy to me and a guy who's doing what it takes to make his business successful. I'll be taking my BMW to Chris for service going forward.

Great service from Alan and his crew! We just bought a 3-year old Prius for my son and GIC did a thorough evaluation of the car. Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do.
