This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!

Mario, the owner, is simply a great guy who provides impeccable service and the best work possible. Mike is a talented and hard worker. Established in 2000. I Erick Voss started Euro West Rovers back in 2000 then I moved on 2006 to Fullerton, Were I had a small custom shop for 8 years. Manny worked with me at Euro West for the 6 great years that I owned it and continued to work at Euro West after I moved on. One day him and I got to talking about how much fun we had at Euro West and decided we should join forces and work together again. So we looked for a new shop and found this building in April 2015 with 11,000 sq ft. this place will give us the opportunity to do the work and service that we feel is lacking in the service industry with honesty and integrity. Manny and I put our hearts and souls in everything we do for our customers and we are here for the long term! We have an open door policy, so if you are in the neighborhood come by and check us out!

My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

Today 8/8/2015 I took my truck to SmogZone at 12365 it was about 3:45PM, they closed at 4:00PM. I was greeted by John Yang who speaks limited English. In short he ran a SMOG Test on my truck, he never brought it into the bay to run any RPM tests. At 4PM he tells me "Oh your truck didn't pass." On the form he points to Smoke Check. He said "I do not know what that is, you must go to a SMOG Certification to have it checked, I'll charge you $35 to retest in 30 days." I was so upset, the truck has 36,000 miles, not a hint of smoke. I came home and looked up Smoke Check and found he is the one who enters Smoke Check. I plan to dispute the $49.75 he charged me. I should have known based on their previous bad reviews not to go there.

Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. If you are in need of maintenance I recommend you check these guys out. Henry Sanchez
