I thank my lucky stars for this place!! For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood. This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being. My next door neighbor in Orange recommended this shop to find help for my creaking suspension and wearing on my new front tires that were wearing on the inside tread to the silver wires. Pep Boys could not fix it and told me after two trips to them to find a suspension shop. This shop was just a phone call away and took me in immediately on Friday August 3, 2012. My 1987 Nissan had quick attention and work began immediately to get my car back to me that afternoon! Their work included replacing the driver's side axle which had a badly ripped and torn axle boot, gravely worn strut rod bushings and axle arm bolts. Of course I had to replace the worn tire also. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and worn out parts were also shown to me. Their advice on my other questions to check out my car's condition was most helpful. Wow, a very serious problem was fixed with fast, courteous services. Even better than the fast service, their prices were reasonable also. Thank you Plaza Mufflers! Just ask for "Johnny."

Great place to go for honest and reliable work. Took my Jeep in to have what I thought was going to be major repair work but found out it could be fixed for $75. Thanks Dan and John for being honest. Went another shop and they wanted $1200. to get rid of my noise, glad I got a second opinion.

They have the best price in town. Let me say that a gain... THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN! I have never had a problem getting the best deal here. Plus, I can (normally) wait in the lobby for them to be done they work so fast. Jered Surber

I have my own Porsche car with white color. I often travel so far for entertainment. One day on the way to my office my car stopped suddenly & didn't start. I was helpless what to do. Then I had a phone call to this car shop. In few hours some mechanics came & took my car to the shop. Then my car was serviced properly. The oil filter was chocked due to more carbon particles. I was thankful to Orange Motors.
