Collision repair service near Bell Gardens, CA

Never go this shop because they did a crappy job on my car. My car had accident and i have to bring my car to this body shop due to my insurance.My car stayed for a week.When i pick up my car and drove it i heard a squeaky sound at the front right side of my car and end up bringing it back to the shop.The body shop said they can check on it and my car stayed for another 3 days.When i pick up my car the second time they said the squeky sound will go away after i drive for more than 15 miles.To make the long story short after i drove for more than 60 miles the squeky sound is still present.So, i brought my car to the dealership and they found out that the body shop never re-align my steering wheel alighment and the engine mount was also not re-align which the body shop is supposed to do. I am glad i brought it to the dealership and notified my inaurance about it. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BODY SHOP...

Great bunch of guys. Had my front end repaired and turned around quicker than estimated. The level of customer service was real good too. I live in the south bay area (CA) so I will be using these guys whenever i need work doing from now on. Fast, friendly and good price. I called and he showed up the same day and fixed it with a fair amount of time. I called around and received quotes and they were way more then the price he charged me. Very satisfied

This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!

My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!
