The service I received from Caliber and especially Deidre made me a fan of Caliber Collision. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The manager offered all of us sitting waiting to pick up our cars a bottle of chilled water, the girl at the desk was very kind and helpful and Deidre took excellent care of me and my car. It's such a big help to have Enterprise right there in the Collision Center Bldg, it simplified my time and helped me to get to my office on time. This is the worst and dishonest place that I had my car worked on. I paid more than double the price to include pre-paint preparation to make sure the paint work will last in areas that I was concerned with. After a few months the paint started to look terrible on the hood of my 1997 BMW 740il. I went back to have them fix it and the uncooperative rude manager refused to fix it and told me I had to pay to have it fixed. It was the problem of my original car's paint job that caused the problem. This is a terrible place to go and another friend of mine also had problems with this place. I am going to take them to small claims court. Stay away from this place.
