Excellent customer service at this American Tire Depot, I didn't had no problem at the first tire depot in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd when I purchase my tire set but after today I'm really disapointed I called a appt for my tires to be rotated the guy was able to give me the appt the same day I was happy but meanwhile my truck was getting a oil change @ the dealership which took almost 2hrs instead of 1hr so made me late to my appt at American tire depot in Torrance so I get there and the guy didn't want to help me at all because it was almost 3 o'clock and had 4 cars ahead of me. I wouldn't mind to wait but he didn't even offer me. Instead he wanted to give me an appt for tomorrow, so I started calling all the American Tire depot around my area and found me the 1 in Hawthorne in Rosecrans Ave the guy who answer my called told me to come in and was going to help me with my rotation and they sure did help me ASAP when I got there and was out in less then a 1hr thank you guys so so so much for your help. I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. Established in 2000. I Erick Voss started Euro West Rovers back in 2000 then I moved on 2006 to Fullerton, Were I had a small custom shop for 8 years. Manny worked with me at Euro West for the 6 great years that I owned it and continued to work at Euro West after I moved on. One day him and I got to talking about how much fun we had at Euro West and decided we should join forces and work together again. So we looked for a new shop and found this building in April 2015 with 11,000 sq ft. this place will give us the opportunity to do the work and service that we feel is lacking in the service industry with honesty and integrity. Manny and I put our hearts and souls in everything we do for our customers and we are here for the long term! We have an open door policy, so if you are in the neighborhood come by and check us out!

I do most of my automotive service myself. What I don't do, or can't do, goes to the few places I trust. Harbor Brake Service is a place I trust, and have for years even back in the days of Fred and Wayne Lebsack. Evan -- the current owner -- maintains the tradition of honesty and fairness. He will tell you when something truly needs to be done, and he'll let you know when something can wait. His prices are competitive and excellent for the quality. I've had brakes done, along with occasional suspension work, and it is the absolute only place I will go for an alignment. He will work with you to arrange a convenient appointment, and works fast. Other than being a longtime satisfied customer, I have no connection with Harbor Brake. I consider it one of the best automotive service centers in the entire county. You won't be disappointed.

Don't sign anything before you can get the car checked out, if not make sure you get the Contract Cancellation if not they will want you to pay $1,300 for a restocking fee. All of my paperwork was not even completed but they wanted me to pay this all in cash , so I had to agree to them replacing the brakes and tires. Days later I had a flat on the "new" tire, so if you are looking for reliable transportation this is not the place. The cars may look nice, and the test drive may go well, but you may end up driving off with no brakes (%5) and no tread on the tires, dispite how nice, and clean the appear to look. Double check the contract before signing they added money on the cost of the car listed, and it did not come with everything listed.

Just having a couple of customers a day helped him pay the bills and his recently purchased home. In 1992 his amount of customers grew and was able to open his official licensed auto repair facility in the city of Hawthorne CA, for the next 5 years the businesses boomed from one bay to a 3 bay, 1500 square foot facility, not having enough room he was forced to move to a 2500 square shop in Inglewood, CA.
