Personally I think Im a bit ignorant when it comes to the workings of a vehicle but I do know when something might be wrong just by the sound and feel of the car Im driving. I've always felt that other mechanics try to get me to approve unnecessary work to be done so they can charge a lot just because Im female. The first time I went to Ron and Marcel, I felt like Ron really listened to what I believed was the issue. He had Marcel take a look and sure enough I was correct. They didnt try to sell me more than what was necessary, which I appreciated. Ive taken my car there a few more times since then and Ron always explains things to me in way that I can understand.
