Thoughtful, thorough, precise, accurate, fair, trust worthy, generous. All that praise, is it possible? Yes. Try it. Brian will never disappoint. I took my BMW 330ci to him after the car was meticulously maintained by the dealer for more than 10 years but I let it go for almost 22k miles and just when it was dying I took it to Brian. After the service and a thorough look Brian brought it back to almost new and it works like a charm as I commute the hill and back daily. Brought my Audi r8 to check for steering vibration the car was diagnosed and Found out it was a rim bend the staff did a great job with the diagnostics. However I never got a call to let me know to return to the shop so the car was just idle in the parking lot. Bruce was helpful he informed that he was going to email me with rims and tires options for the car however I never received the email with the info. Thank you

This is the ONLY place I take my Porsche. Don and his team provide excellent service. An example : My alternator went out & after a night on the trickle charge I thought I could make it over. Unfortunately my care died only a few blocks away. I explained my situation to Don and he sent a mechanic over with an extra battery to assist me in completing the journey to the shop.

STOP! You do not need to go to any other auto repair then right here (Japanese models only). I've been coming here since when the guys only serviced Hondas (hence the name Japanese Beetle Shop, at least back in those days). They have service our 1997 (that's right folks) Honda Accord Wagon since 1997. Mike and Dave are the BEST. Fair, honest, quality auto repair. Reliable, on time delivery. I support our local independents. Even better when they provide outstanding service with a smile. Chat up a storm with Mike (I can call him Mickey) about his kids and anything else. Highly recommended. No frills but who needs your car washed and pickup service when you can TRUST the mechanic who works on your car?
