Medina's Custom Auto Glass Repair was hired four (4) months ago for the said Service. Failure to render paid for service in the amount of $1850.00 up to date April 19, 2017 incomplete work. Numerous of UNACCEPTABLE business practices as follows: Unkept SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS (repeatedly) to date - utterly a total waste of wait time to conduct the paid service. Waiting for his no-show to do the job. Deception over and over causing delays in executing said paid service. Excessive run-around excuses. The said Medina's Auto Glass Repair had been informed via Email and correspondence on April 17, 2017 - advising Antonio (Medina) as to his intention in getting the job done and it is IMPERATIVE that he get the job done. Was given a week's time to response. Failure to do so, the said issues will be investigated/litigated. Medina's Auto Glass Repair had been a living nightmare from the start, to date. Rehiring will be the outcome of being deceived of such service. Will NEVER, EVER rehire.

We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic.
