I've been looking for a new doctor for our family's cars. Tho' it was one experience, these guys impressed me with knowledge and even educated me on my truck's sickness to allow me to make a proper decision. No sales. The tech that looked under the hood and diagnosed even noted an oil pan leak which they fixed with sealant at no cost (tho' I was getting ready to pay them for a bigger ticket item). They know the ins and outs of repairing Audis, so I'm not waiting for days while they scout around for parts and figure out how to get the repair done. I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. I've been going to these guys for years and years, for all my cars. Today I came in to get a slow leak repaired - they did it for free, even though the car I brought in was on its original tires (in other words, I hadn't bought tires for that car at Tire Depot). I also trust these guys to mount tires on rare rims on my vintage vehicle. I think the longest wait I've ever had in all my years going here was about an hour-and-a-half. To top it all off, their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. Greg McKim
