Came for oil change even though it was busy my car was finished in a timely manner very pleased bringing my car here for service.

This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Rebuilt my blown BMW 325i engine. I was told by friends that it would never be the same as how the original engine felt when i first got the car. This place brought it back to life with even more umphh! Gotta be kidding me...car runs like a beast!

The reason I go to Rays Auto service is simply because I trust they give the correct diagnosis and repair it correct. its hard to find a place that is not trying to make an extra buck and up sell you.

Overpriced with a "can't tell me sh*t" attitude. Maybe their great on old cars but as for my wife's 2010 Challenger they caused more issues then fixed and charged me 1/3 more then anywhere else to do it. Brought my car in for springs, struts, alignment and to go through and make sure everything was right. Did a motor swap and the shop before didn't tighten the lock nuts on my adjustable suspension so wanted it all gone over. Guy was mouthy from the start and bitched about the job the whole time. My front ball joints we're missing a lock plate (found out later), really obvious but they didn't say anything and put it back together anyway. Also missed my rear craddle bushings went bad even after bringing it back to them. This is a huge issue and made the car unsafe to drive, they said it was all good though. I call back and kind of question their knowledge since these basic and obvious issues were missed to which I was hung up on. My advice, find another shop and save yourself the agony.
