Gabriel is a great mechanic that does all my repairs. Very honest! I highly recommend him as a mechanic.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. They easily have some of the worst customer service I've had to deal with. I ordered a part yesterday and called today asking where my receipt and tracking was. I was told to email them (after asking if I had a pen and paper available) tried sending an email and the email address was phony. I called back and the next lady I spoke to said no supervisor was available there was nothing I could do. If I didn't already order the part I'd sell my in dash dvd and never be bothered with this company again!!

You are immediately aware that you and your car are in good hands. Herbert's fees are fair and he will tell you exactly what your car needs- and perhaps more importantly, what your vehicle does not need. We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!
