Part order

I'd give 0 stars if possible. They easily have some of the worst customer service I've had to deal with. I ordered a part yesterday and called today asking where my receipt and tracking was. I was told to email them (after asking if I had a pen and paper available) tried sending an email and the email address was phony. I called back and the next lady I spoke to said no supervisor was available there was nothing I could do. If I didn't already order the part I'd sell my in dash dvd and never be bothered with this company again!!
