I brought my BMW Z4 here and had excellent service! The entire experience was positive. They are upfront with costs, and I paid less than what they estimated. I saved $1000.00 from the dealer's quote. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic and the owner. They really care about providing quality service and making sure the customer is happy. A few days after the repairs were completed, my car began stalling so I called them. The issue was not related to what they had done, but they came and rescued me from the side of the road, took the car in, found the problem, repaired it and only charged me for the part. Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Decided to give this repair shop a chance since it's close to my house. The facility was clean and the manager Jonathan was very courteous. Oil change was done in reasonable time and price was great since I was able to use coupon. Jonathan was patient enough to answer any dumb questions I had after the service. Great shop!
