I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! I have my own Porsche car with white color. I often travel so far for entertainment. One day on the way to my office my car stopped suddenly & didn't start. I was helpless what to do. Then I had a phone call to this car shop. In few hours some mechanics came & took my car to the shop. Then my car was serviced properly. The oil filter was chocked due to more carbon particles. one of the worst feelings as a car owner is when that red "check engine" light appears...ugh. i brought my truck in today knowing that robert & his crew would be honest with me and let me know if any repairs were truly needed. i feared it was my alternator, a very costly repair... turns out it wasnt, and was related to the ignition box which has been replaced earlier that morning. no repairs were needed! big sigh of relief! i continue to give this business my loyalty because i trust them. bonus is that you get a complimentary car wash with your service. win! win! thank you again silver star !!!
