So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. RIP OFF! These guys repair cars like junk. Stay away from this them. They miss numerous bolts and my engine was falling off. Even the battery was not bolted on. They break things as they are going through and do a horrible job. Rather than taking care of the Engine light problem they simply just reset it and I drove off with the engine light still on. If you love your car, go somewhere else.

This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...
