I have always taken my vehicles to the dealers for service but this place came highly recommended and so I gave it a try. The service and price were great. The owner and office staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the price savings when compared to the dealership is significant! Bonita P

This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

A Godsend. My car broke down in LA while I was on a trip from N. Cal.. One call to Ray, a complete stranger to me, and my anxieties were put to ease. He took my car in right away and fixed it as good as new. Even though he could have charged me anything and I would have paid it, the job was done for less than the original, very reasonable quote. Decided to give this repair shop a chance since it's close to my house. The facility was clean and the manager Jonathan was very courteous. Oil change was done in reasonable time and price was great since I was able to use coupon. Jonathan was patient enough to answer any dumb questions I had after the service. Great shop!

My car was damage when I ran over something in the street just a week ago in September 2016. They fixed my car in less than an hour. Jorge is always quick to get the work done and guarantees his work. I am always very satisfied with the service. Also, in July they fixed my friend car also quick service and reliable. We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple coworkers recommended Wards to us. We started taking our cars there, and would never go anywhere else now. They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need, they're friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business! Our daughter had car trouble on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were telling her needed to be done so she called Jim to ask his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in lay terms and help her decide what to do--no charge for his time even though he got nothing out of it. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to them and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else's care! They are the absolute top of their field.

This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being.
