Collision repair service near El Monte, CA

My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!

These people have no idea what they are doing. Completely botched my repair. I had a bad sense going in and should have listened to my instincts. Mistake!! Take your car somewhere else unless you want to pay a second time to redo what they mishandled.

Bunch of Lazy Ass baboons. Took forever, somewhere close to 20 days and didn't do a single thing with car. Didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform what is going on. I am paying these idiots to work on my car. They are not doing it for free. So if I were you, take your car somewhere else. Not worth the wait, as these jackasses don't reserve any respect or work order. If you still want to go-ahead and spend your time, effort and money, be my guest. You will sure feel the pain on your holes.

I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!

The best experience ever love this shop, they just don't do what you took the car for repairs but they even do extra work, will highly recommend this shop

The service I received from Caliber and especially Deidre made me a fan of Caliber Collision. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The manager offered all of us sitting waiting to pick up our cars a bottle of chilled water, the girl at the desk was very kind and helpful and Deidre took excellent care of me and my car. It's such a big help to have Enterprise right there in the Collision Center Bldg, it simplified my time and helped me to get to my office on time. What I love about this place is that they are courteous and helpful. I called and spoke w/ Bill the manager told him my issue, brought my car in and because it was just a minor issue I was in and out in about 30 mins or less!!! I will definitely take my car back there!
