Had a rear door lock fluttering issue. Basically it went up-and-down without me doing anything. Brought car into Holland and his team of professionals diagnosed the issue and replaced the door-lock actuator and it fixed the issue. I've been taking my '98 Jeep Cherokee to Motor Masters for several years now and would recommend Mark Sutherland to anyone interested in receiving professional, honest advice and service. Recently, the Jeep was stalling out when slowing or coming to a stop during heavy-traffic driving. Mark correctly diagnosed the symptoms and recommended replacement of the idle speed control motor. In the process of replacing it he found large amounts of carbon deposits which had to be thoroughly removed and did that work within the limits of his originally quoted price.
