My car broke down less than 10 min after I picked it up from the garage due to overheating! It stopped right in the middle of the road and put me in a very dangerous situation. The manager blamed me for driving when I noticed the temperature indicator was high. He ignored the fact I was in the middle of the road and there was no place to pull over and it happened very fast. Should he take the full responsibility that the car broke down right after he did the repair work? He even did not do an engine oil change since the car was overheated. Would that be a routine procedure? I called AAA for towing since I have AAA membership. He charged my insurance company $534 for towing which he did not do! I wonder what he was doing!

I brought my 2008 Porsche Cayman S to have the bumper repainted. Bumper looks great but they damaged the wiring harness while performing the work. They didn't report the damage to me when I picked the car up so it wasn't until my car went to the dealership that I had found out about it. They initially denied that they were responsible. Then they demanded I bring the car to them to fix damage. Now they don't return phone calls. I've had good experiences at other Bumper Doc locations. The management here lacks integrity. Buyer beware!

Got in a collision July 1. Here we are on Sept 10 and my car still is not done properly. I was originally promised the car on 8/13, but that was delayed a day or two due to a previously unknown bent axle. Picked it up 8/15. Immediately noticed several issues, including parts not painted and dents not repaired. Brought it back to them 8/20. Went over everything with them. Picked it up again 8/29. Only half of the noted repairs were complete. Picked it up again 9/4. Still had issues with paint, part alignment issues, etc. Picked up again on 9/10. Still missing parts, paint, body seams not properly fitted, electrical still not working, lights unplugged…List goes on and on. Steve has been very apologetic and even put me in a rental the last couple of weeks but it’s not enough. I have the car back and will push my insurance company to finish the job somewhere else. Take it back once...it happens. Twice, maybe they were busy. But 5 times and still not right? Go somewhere else.
