Mark and all the folks at Preferred Auto are the best. Since i have had a couple German cars lately i haven't been there for a year or two. When i brought in a used Acura for them to check before i bought, they did an extremely thorough check, and though it was low miles, the car was older and needed more work than i wished to do. The charge was more than reasonable, i would have been happy even if it had been 50% higher for the work done. They are always honest and fair and look out for their customers first. Again ABC steps up to the plate! I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. AWS Automotive has been very helpful to me . Anytime I need repairs or just general service on my vehicle they take the time to explain to me (in terms that I can understand since my mechanical knowledge is limited) what i need to have done. Their work is excellant and always completed when promised at a fair price. I have never felt pressured there, only reassured that they were looking out for my car as if it was one of their own family members car.
