Overpriced with a "can't tell me sh*t" attitude. Maybe their great on old cars but as for my wife's 2010 Challenger they caused more issues then fixed and charged me 1/3 more then anywhere else to do it. Brought my car in for springs, struts, alignment and to go through and make sure everything was right. Did a motor swap and the shop before didn't tighten the lock nuts on my adjustable suspension so wanted it all gone over. Guy was mouthy from the start and bitched about the job the whole time. My front ball joints we're missing a lock plate (found out later), really obvious but they didn't say anything and put it back together anyway. Also missed my rear craddle bushings went bad even after bringing it back to them. This is a huge issue and made the car unsafe to drive, they said it was all good though. I call back and kind of question their knowledge since these basic and obvious issues were missed to which I was hung up on. My advice, find another shop and save yourself the agony.

First let me say the African american manager I assume never greeted me. We had new tires and two alignments done and less then 6 months later the tire was half bald which obviously indicates the alignment was not done properly. As soon as my husband begin to question and ask about next steps we were immediately told to read our contract and we were basically "dumb" for thinking that should be pointed out. The manager said come back later and I'll do the rotation although you didn't read the contract over and over in an extremely patronizing manner. I have an 08 ml350 in good condition so if the work had been done right we would not need new tires less then 6 months later. More then that this gentleman is basically "yelling" at my husband as if he is not intelligent. My husband is an accountant of high intellect I then informed him not to contract me because we own a business and are aware of how contracts works. At the end of the day we do what is right for the customer not in a manner that demeans or patronized them. He begin to yell louder mock me say " I'm not dealing with you I assume because he did not want to be corrected by a women. This man was extremely unprofessional condescending. Funny thing is when the caucasian women went to get her car he placed her keys in her hands warmly and said have a beautiful holiday. But I did not even get a how are you today. Being in management for 17 years I have never personally experienced reverse racism. Guess there is a first time for everything. Please stay away from this place. If you can't please read your contract and you will be better served if your non black. Good luck and choose wisely.

On 12/20/11 I took my 2005 Nissan Maxima in for repair to the braking system. I was told upon inspection of my vehicle that the issue was warped rotors and bad pads on the front; the rear brakes were deemed to be in good working order with good pads. I was quoted a price for the work which I found acceptable and asked them to proceed with the work. The work was completed within the day and I paid for the work. The car needed some unrelated work which could not be done by this shop so I took it the following day to get those repairs done at another shop, the car was only driven home and to the shop for the motor work. I got the car back on 12/23/11 and noticed that the brakes were still shuddering when stopping. I called Bob & Al's on 12/26/11 after the holiday to make arrangements to get the brakes checked but I got a recording that they would be closed until 1/3/12. I contacted Bob & Al's on December 10th in person and I was asked to bring it later that week which I did 1/13/12. They kept it all day and said the front disks were warped again and that I was to blame for driving the car hard, I explained that I had barely driven the car and I tried to contact them on the 26th but they were closed. They turned the rotors, but when he took it for a road test the same issue was there. I was asked to bring it back for troubleshooting on 1/18/12 which I did. They stated that the issue was now the rear rotors that were very warped and they would have to be turned, which would cost me 75.00. I told them to proceed but was not happy. I got to their shop at 4:30pm and asked the Owner how this was missed the first time and second time? He said there was no way he could know that just by looking at the rear brakes. Then he got belligerent and said he was bothered by my questions and that if I thought he was cheating me I could go F*ck myself and that he did not need my F*cking business or my money. This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles.
