The service I received from Caliber and especially Deidre made me a fan of Caliber Collision. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The manager offered all of us sitting waiting to pick up our cars a bottle of chilled water, the girl at the desk was very kind and helpful and Deidre took excellent care of me and my car. It's such a big help to have Enterprise right there in the Collision Center Bldg, it simplified my time and helped me to get to my office on time. Never go this shop because they did a crappy job on my car. My car had accident and i have to bring my car to this body shop due to my insurance.My car stayed for a week.When i pick up my car and drove it i heard a squeaky sound at the front right side of my car and end up bringing it back to the shop.The body shop said they can check on it and my car stayed for another 3 days.When i pick up my car the second time they said the squeky sound will go away after i drive for more than 15 miles.To make the long story short after i drove for more than 60 miles the squeky sound is still present.So, i brought my car to the dealership and they found out that the body shop never re-align my steering wheel alighment and the engine mount was also not re-align which the body shop is supposed to do. I am glad i brought it to the dealership and notified my inaurance about it. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BODY SHOP...
