Ford service near Gilroy, CA

I brought my truck in to get fixed and it came back with new dents and scratches. They amounted that it happened at the shop and the owner said we he would get it fixed. Now I’m having to get insurance involved. I don’t recommend taking your vehicle here. BEWARE! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I started by taking my Honda here just for a cheap oil change, but when I had other issues, I returned. Issac is unfailingly polite and helpful, and when I had a "check engine light" problem, he told me it was best to try the small and inexpensive fix first, which he did. He also researched the problem on the web, and showed me a recall which may have contributed to the problem. Issac is a born mechanic- he just knows cars! I also feel that he is as honest as the day is long. I know that many people think all mechanics are cheats, but I also know people want their car fixed for a song, or do not value a workers time and ask for lots of "freebies" or at least free advice. The Los Gatos Auto Service Inc. provided me with excellent service. My 2000 Ford Focus is running smoothing considering it's 14 years old now. I recommend the Los Gatos Auto Service Inc. to anyone who needs their car service. They do an excellent job.

I continue to bring my cars to Ender because he always gives the best service for the best price. I have older cars which need maintenance to run safely and a newer car- out of warranty. Ender always checks for recalls, recommends future repairs (but will let me know when they have to be done- unlike other shops which replace and charge for repairs which aren't really warranted). He has diagnosed problems that the Nissan dealership couldn't find- and when I brought it back to the dealer with Ender's comments, then miraculously they "found the problem". I trust this shop and have gone there for over 15 years.
