Took them over two weeks for the repairs. Asked them to keep us updated, but never did. Only when we called did we find out about delays parts needed to be ordered, etc. $5K worth of work, I think it's okay to expect to be treated a bit more professionally.

They charged me $267 to replace two headlights. And it took them 6 hours! They never called with status as promised. I made an appointment for 8 and the guy said we’ll have room around 10 to look at it. So why did I make an appointment for 8. How about an appointment for 10? Then they said there were all these other issues that would cost thousands of dollars. Really??? I took it to a reputable mechanic and he said most of it was for them to make money. I will never go there again and would not recommend. If I wasn’t in a time crunch and knew the first about cars I would have left. Lesson learned.

It's too early to give any comments now let me drive few hundred miles then I'll be able to give any comments. So far everything seems to be OK.

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

I truly recommend you get a second opinion,other than Orozco I went with their first judgement and it cost me 1,000 for some valve cover replacement that i did not need.next day i notice the same oil leak .took it back when they said its the oil switch were leaking from (quote)the reason (we) didn't catch it at first was ,bla,bla,bla,yada,yada,yada..oh and the still wanted to me pay extra 130 for the switch...hand shook money took..

My 05 Corolla engine had been shaking, causing some pretty heavy vibrations when idling or just in Park. They diagnosed that all my mounts needed to be replaced. Went ahead and had them replaced, got it back and engine is still shaking, it’s just a bit quieter now but still very apparent. 1250 bucks later. I didn’t bother bringing it back because a) I can’t afford it especially for another possible misdiagnosis and b) those mounts had to be replaced even if it didn’t fix the issue I brought it in for. Just gonna take the L and move on. Great customer service though.

I went in for a standard oil change and my tire low pressure light was on and was not shutting off even after fixing pressure. They called me to tell me I needed all brakes and a list of fluids that needed to be drained and replaced, also they could fix the tire pressure sensor. I asked about prices and they were very cagey and didn't want to break down charges by service item and I do know complete brake jobs can be a bit expensive. However, when the job was done and I could actually see the breakdown of charges I was blindsided to find out that they charged each little service at 189.00 EACH just for labor (example: brake fluid change, coolant change etc) instead of pricing as you would expect for what was a tune up type of service. There is no way each of those jobs was an hour each. Then the kicker... To replace the tire pressure sensor.. they bibnt tell me the cost up front, I assumed about max 100.00, but instead $ 700.00, without warning me up front, I could replace all of my tires for new ones for less money. They charged 200.00 to remove the tires, another 200.00 to put the tires back on and 300.09 for the stupid sensor parts.... Any decent person would have asked if I was certain I wanted the damn sensor fixed when they in new it would be 700.00. I could just ignore the tire pressure light and monitor it myself OR just replace the tires, basic common sense . The car was there for about 8 hours and they charged me about $2,000 in labor alone, which comes out to 250.00 per hour in labor alone, that is about as much as a lawyer charges for services. I filed a complaint the with their office and asked for management to review the pricing.. got the typical canned response that the pricing was correct in their opinion and that their main concern is getting people their cars back as quickly as possible...... Clearly, I will never be going back to Orozcos ever again and yet another example of why people don't trust mechanic shops any more than a used car safes person

ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

Fantastic service and really great prices. When there was a discrepancy between the numbers that were shared with me initially, they honored the cheaper price and were extremely helpful walking me through the repairs.

I have been taking my cars to Pinky's for something like 15 years now and have always had the best service. Mike, Ralph, and Eddie treat you like family. I've recommended a half-dozen friends to them over the years and have always heard back good things.
