Vic and his team have provided excellent service for my 2003 BMW 330XI for over 7 years. Without his timely response, knowledge, and expertise, I would have sold this car years ago. These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Recommend to every body who is tired of being hustled by a money hungry & commission driven people.

I highly recommend this auto shop. Rolando is a very trust worthy person, what ever you car may have be sure that he will fix it. I had crashed my car, and it was pretty messed up. i took it to another mechanic and they told me a lot of parts needed to be replaced, and that it was going to coast me over 8 thousand dollars to fix. So i took it to Rolando and he made my stress go away. the damage was only about 5 thousand, i was relived. I have been coming here for over 3 years. I love this shop, he does an amazing job, and he will never lie to you. Thats one of the things that make nene stand out from the rest. So dont hesitate and go to Nenes auto repair, you will not regret it. P.S his prices are reasonable, if you cant pay right away he will try to work something out wit you.
