Honda service near Laguna Beach, CA

I recently took my vehicle to ACA and they kep my car for 3 days, they charged me $430 bucks to do a full service and to fix my squeeking breaks. I got my car back only to find I didn't have any windshield wiper fluid, the breaks are squeeking as bad as they were before bringing it in, and I had gressy hand prints running all along the hood on both sides. I called to complain to a manager and was told they would call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day and they told me to drop it off again for another day which forced me to rent a car for my road trip because my car was still broken. Then when I get home and bring my car in they tell me they need it for another day which leaves me without a vehicle yet another day........ These guys are thieves and I will never bring my car back to them and I recommend you find a different shop to go to if your thinking about using them!!

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. First time customer here. I was recommended by a friend and since I have absolutely no clue on the everything car except how to drive them I was a little apprehensive. I initially was prepared to spend around $150 - $200 for new brakes. Shortly after dropping my car off I received a call letting me know that my brakes were fine and instead I only needed to replace a small part. SAY WHAT?!? Needless to say, I also decided to get my oil change. Everything came to around $60! Fantastic service! No BS. I definitely recommend them!

Having my car repaired at Finishline is like having my brother take care of my car. They serviced my car in a timely manner, let me know I did not need brakes when I thought I did, even checked my spare tire pressure (which was flat) and updated my GPS for no charge. It is great to know I have my very own pit crew!
