Factory Recomended Service
Having my car repaired at Finishline is like having my brother take care of my car. They serviced my car in a timely manner, let me know I did not need brakes when I thought I did, even checked my spare tire pressure (which was flat) and updated my GPS for no charge. It is great to know I have my very own pit crew!

Auto Repair and Maintenance
John and his team always do a great job. They are detail oriented, timely, and honest. We're currently helping a teenage couple with a baby start their life together and John and his team stepped up to help by deeply discounting auto repair work they did on an old Corolla we picked up for the kids. I highly commend their character and service.

General Maintenance
Been bringing 2 cars to Finishline for all the regular scheduled maintenance (a VW Rabbit and an Acura TSX) for over 6 years. Their work has always been accurately estimated, thoroughly done, and reliable. I'm picky: e.g. when tires get balanced, I expect no shimmy at all in the wheel, I expect brake pads to stop quickly without fade and without locking or excessive sensitivity (and I test them before I need them in an emergency). When I talk to John, he knows what I expect and always delivers. Of course, he's not a magician -- sometimes he has to get into a car to give me an exact diagnosis. Then we talk on the phone and determine a course of action. The result has always been successful. Perhaps as a result, neither car has ever failed or required anything more serious than brakes -- and they are both high mileage cars. So, the best thing I can say is that I've never had to have them do a major repair. That's pretty good service. So they're getting the next car, too.

General Maintenance
As a delivery driver, my car is my livelihood. Finishline is my #1 choice for not only quick oil changes done right, tires mounted and balanced perfectly, but also the assurance by John in all questions and concerns I have.
