Brake repair service near Lake Arrowhead, CA

On 12/20/11 I took my 2005 Nissan Maxima in for repair to the braking system. I was told upon inspection of my vehicle that the issue was warped rotors and bad pads on the front; the rear brakes were deemed to be in good working order with good pads. I was quoted a price for the work which I found acceptable and asked them to proceed with the work. The work was completed within the day and I paid for the work. The car needed some unrelated work which could not be done by this shop so I took it the following day to get those repairs done at another shop, the car was only driven home and to the shop for the motor work. I got the car back on 12/23/11 and noticed that the brakes were still shuddering when stopping. I called Bob & Al's on 12/26/11 after the holiday to make arrangements to get the brakes checked but I got a recording that they would be closed until 1/3/12. I contacted Bob & Al's on December 10th in person and I was asked to bring it later that week which I did 1/13/12. They kept it all day and said the front disks were warped again and that I was to blame for driving the car hard, I explained that I had barely driven the car and I tried to contact them on the 26th but they were closed. They turned the rotors, but when he took it for a road test the same issue was there. I was asked to bring it back for troubleshooting on 1/18/12 which I did. They stated that the issue was now the rear rotors that were very warped and they would have to be turned, which would cost me 75.00. I told them to proceed but was not happy. I got to their shop at 4:30pm and asked the Owner how this was missed the first time and second time? He said there was no way he could know that just by looking at the rear brakes. Then he got belligerent and said he was bothered by my questions and that if I thought he was cheating me I could go F*ck myself and that he did not need my F*cking business or my money. Probably the most honest place in town. I came because Econo Lube told me I needed new brakes which sounded fishy since they were about a year old. Came here and after a few minutes they said I didn't need them. They just needed some tweaking and cleaning. Boom! Worked like new, no more terrible noise, they wouldn't even take my money.
