Collision repair service near Lake Forest, CA

Bunch of Lazy Ass baboons. Took forever, somewhere close to 20 days and didn't do a single thing with car. Didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform what is going on. I am paying these idiots to work on my car. They are not doing it for free. So if I were you, take your car somewhere else. Not worth the wait, as these jackasses don't reserve any respect or work order. If you still want to go-ahead and spend your time, effort and money, be my guest. You will sure feel the pain on your holes.

The service I received from Caliber and especially Deidre made me a fan of Caliber Collision. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The manager offered all of us sitting waiting to pick up our cars a bottle of chilled water, the girl at the desk was very kind and helpful and Deidre took excellent care of me and my car. It's such a big help to have Enterprise right there in the Collision Center Bldg, it simplified my time and helped me to get to my office on time. I had two nicks and a scratch on my 2012 BMW 328i. The experts at MJ Auto Inc. did such an awesome job, I could not identify where the paint damages were. They are professional, quick and thorough. I will recommend them to anyone. My car is once again in showroom condition.

Never go this shop because they did a crappy job on my car. My car had accident and i have to bring my car to this body shop due to my insurance.My car stayed for a week.When i pick up my car and drove it i heard a squeaky sound at the front right side of my car and end up bringing it back to the shop.The body shop said they can check on it and my car stayed for another 3 days.When i pick up my car the second time they said the squeky sound will go away after i drive for more than 15 miles.To make the long story short after i drove for more than 60 miles the squeky sound is still present.So, i brought my car to the dealership and they found out that the body shop never re-align my steering wheel alighment and the engine mount was also not re-align which the body shop is supposed to do. I am glad i brought it to the dealership and notified my inaurance about it. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BODY SHOP...
