What can I say? Unbelievable service from Dan (the owner)! He personally stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. Our daughter wrecked her beautiful BMW (which we purchased from Dan). She took it to the BMW dealership and they wanted $$$$ to fix it. I called Dan and he immediately started working to help me out. He studied the estimate from BMW, researched the parts needed to fix her car (way past office hours), and gave me an estimate of what he thought the repairs would run. And it's not a surprise it was a fraction of the previous estimate! Dan set up the tow, ordered the parts and fixed my daughter's car in less than a week. It was short of miraculous! On top of the incredible service, Dan threw in a personal 'car class' to educate our daughter how to properly take care of a car. I had them performed an engine swap in my Jaguar. The job was complicated because I had a Corvette 5.7L engine used to replace the 4.0L Jaguar engine. The job was completed in 2 days without any problem. Other shops that wanted the job asked for 7 days at least. I'm glad I found these guys - they are now mechanic for life. Good job!!! I arrived at the Santee, CA location for my appointment on Monday. The representative looked at their computer and requested when I had made the appointment. I was then informed that the technician who does air conditioning won't be in until Saturday! It was fairly obvious this was the first time the appointments were checked. If the appointment had been checked earlier, I could have been called. This is poor customer service. It would appear you need to update your website so that occurrences such as this would not be allowed. That is, if a technician is not available, do not let the appointment be scheduled.
