Dave was awesome from the very first time we called, all the way to the final day of completion. He is the best! Dave is very honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. His shop is very clean and hard working. They are so good, it's like a NASCAR Pitcrew handle your vehicle's needs. Probably the most honest place in town. I came because Econo Lube told me I needed new brakes which sounded fishy since they were about a year old. Came here and after a few minutes they said I didn't need them. They just needed some tweaking and cleaning. Boom! Worked like new, no more terrible noise, they wouldn't even take my money. The whole team is super nice. We've been here tons of times, they might not always be the cheapest game in town but they've got a customer for life. Erick Uribe

So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. I am writing this for my husband I can't believe he had such a good mechanic under wraps and does not share with others. All you women out there that are afraid to trust a mechanic call John.he is a good honest guy and we'll treat you fairly. My husband has a race car and only trusts it to John. His experience and dedication to his industry is amazing, and he his loyalty to his clients is legendary. If you need work on a European or import car he is your guy.

First let me say the African american manager I assume never greeted me. We had new tires and two alignments done and less then 6 months later the tire was half bald which obviously indicates the alignment was not done properly. As soon as my husband begin to question and ask about next steps we were immediately told to read our contract and we were basically "dumb" for thinking that should be pointed out. The manager said come back later and I'll do the rotation although you didn't read the contract over and over in an extremely patronizing manner. I have an 08 ml350 in good condition so if the work had been done right we would not need new tires less then 6 months later. More then that this gentleman is basically "yelling" at my husband as if he is not intelligent. My husband is an accountant of high intellect I then informed him not to contract me because we own a business and are aware of how contracts works. At the end of the day we do what is right for the customer not in a manner that demeans or patronized them. He begin to yell louder mock me say " I'm not dealing with you I assume because he did not want to be corrected by a women. This man was extremely unprofessional condescending. Funny thing is when the caucasian women went to get her car he placed her keys in her hands warmly and said have a beautiful holiday. But I did not even get a how are you today. Being in management for 17 years I have never personally experienced reverse racism. Guess there is a first time for everything. Please stay away from this place. If you can't please read your contract and you will be better served if your non black. Good luck and choose wisely.

Overpriced with a "can't tell me sh*t" attitude. Maybe their great on old cars but as for my wife's 2010 Challenger they caused more issues then fixed and charged me 1/3 more then anywhere else to do it. Brought my car in for springs, struts, alignment and to go through and make sure everything was right. Did a motor swap and the shop before didn't tighten the lock nuts on my adjustable suspension so wanted it all gone over. Guy was mouthy from the start and bitched about the job the whole time. My front ball joints we're missing a lock plate (found out later), really obvious but they didn't say anything and put it back together anyway. Also missed my rear craddle bushings went bad even after bringing it back to them. This is a huge issue and made the car unsafe to drive, they said it was all good though. I call back and kind of question their knowledge since these basic and obvious issues were missed to which I was hung up on. My advice, find another shop and save yourself the agony.

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! I came in with 20 minutes until closing time and they still provided fantastic service! Great customer service. Highly recommend this place for any tire needs! -Kristie Phillips

Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.
