I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. DON'T USE THIS SHOP ,DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS AT ALL ,THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE , THEY FAILED TO REPAIR OUR CAR CORRECTLY AFTER TWO TRYS,AND KEEP THE CAR OVER 30 DAYS ,THEY CALLED US EVERY THREE DAYS AND SAYS THEY FOUND MORE THINGS WRONG NEED MORE REPAIRS AND MORE MONEY ,THEY STILL DIDN'T FIX THE CAR RIGHT , WE HAD TO TOW THE CAR TO THE DEALER ,TO REPAIR THE CAR CORRECTLY, THEY WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY , TREATED US VERY BAD ,1200.00 DOLLARS WASTED AT THIS SHOP ...
