Brake repair service near Los Angeles Dodgers, CA

I recently took my vehicle to ACA and they kep my car for 3 days, they charged me $430 bucks to do a full service and to fix my squeeking breaks. I got my car back only to find I didn't have any windshield wiper fluid, the breaks are squeeking as bad as they were before bringing it in, and I had gressy hand prints running all along the hood on both sides. I called to complain to a manager and was told they would call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day and they told me to drop it off again for another day which forced me to rent a car for my road trip because my car was still broken. Then when I get home and bring my car in they tell me they need it for another day which leaves me without a vehicle yet another day........ These guys are thieves and I will never bring my car back to them and I recommend you find a different shop to go to if your thinking about using them!!

As a 35+ year master tech and out of town shop owner it is rare that anyone else repairs my vehicles, but I can assure you that this shop is TOP NOTCH....Broke down on the freeway on a Saturday 9AM, by 3PM I was back on the road...at a VERY reasonable price!!!!Thanks again guys...Robert is a great wrench!!!! I have been coming to Advanced Automotive for a number of years now. Vic and his staff are the most trusted Auto Repair Shop in Southern California for my money. I work in The Automotive Repair Industry and This is the shop I go to and refer all my friends to. 2 weeks ago I had an issue, bent a rim and damaged a tire. I am not exactly remembering the date but the fact is i was facing problem at time of parking or sometimes if i slow down suddenly my car due to wheel alignment i have faced a lot of problem then i came to know about Avus from one of my friend he taking services from Avus regularly. that's my first visit with my friend for wheel alignment problem. Then they did it properly and till now no problem.

Shady shop in Glendale must avoid. I went in for some new tires. They continuously changed the price quote and switched tire brands. They insisted that I need an alignment and new control arm bushings or they won't provide warranty on the new tires. I allowed them to change the bushings and do an alignment and after a couple of days the car drives terribly. It pulls to either right or left side at highway speeds and intermittently there is a wobble on the front right wheel side. I took the car back and after their "mechanic" test drove they tell me I need new brake rotors and need new brake system. This is so bogus because when they worked on my car initially they said everything is fine we checked brakes, etc, etc, etc. My car was driving fine before they worked on my car! I just needed new tires. So now my car has a wobble and alignment is off and they wont fix the work they did. They want to charge me for more things that I don't need instead of replacing the cheap aftermarket bushings they put in. Really sad just avoid this place. Just let them fix your flat tires nothing more. CHECK THEIR BBB! ALL THEIR STORES HAVE 'F' RATING AND THE GLENDALE LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN HAVE BBB! How is this shop still open I have no idea...
