Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! Bunch of Lazy Ass baboons. Took forever, somewhere close to 20 days and didn't do a single thing with car. Didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform what is going on. I am paying these idiots to work on my car. They are not doing it for free. So if I were you, take your car somewhere else. Not worth the wait, as these jackasses don't reserve any respect or work order. If you still want to go-ahead and spend your time, effort and money, be my guest. You will sure feel the pain on your holes.
