We're all too aware of the horrible reputation "auto shops" have had for years and we're also turned off by the grotesque price gouging you get from dealerships. Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. Kevin Browning and his team at G & M Auto have been great caretakers of my cars for years. They have provided courteous and comprehensive service, as well as good proactive advice that has helped me to make educated decisions about the necessary repairs and costs involved. They really do own up to their motto "Get it Fixed Right!" and have been very diligent in their problem solving, making sure that everything that was a concern to me had been resolved to my satisfaction. I continue to be very satisfied!

My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

I brought in my BMW 530i and received marvelous service. I had a chance to speak with one of the mechanics when I first brought my car in, and he was very attentive and on top of things. Throughout the whole process Swiss Motors kept me updated on the scope of work and the cost. When they found issues in addition to the main problem I brought my car in for, they let me know what it was, how important it was to fix, and what the cost would be. I never felt at all pressured to add anything, and I never felt like I was being upsold - all that Swiss Motors cares about is getting your car fixed efficiently and cost effectively, and keeping you updated every step of the way. I needed a rental in the meantime while my car was being repaired, and even though Swiss Motors doesn't offer loaner cars there is a Hertz super close by that worked out just fine. And ever since I got my car back from Swiss Motors it has been running like a dream.

These guys got me a good price on a pair of new tires. Install on what looked like it turned into a busy Friday afternoon took about an hour. Rachel Ann Pierce
