I bought my Pontiac brand new in 1988. 277,000 miles later it's starting to have a few problems, especially with the fuel injection and passing smog. IS&R fixed its current issues in one day and charged far less than I had expected to pay. Good work done quickly for a fair price. Now I'm trying to decide which of its other problems to have them look at next. Craigs great to work with as well!!!

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! Absolute best experience I've ever had at an auto shop.Terry was extremely friendly and most importantly: honest. Went to get my A /C recharged. The guy tells me that it's holding pressure, but two valves are leaking. (What?). Tell's me my cabin filter is totally clogged. ( Just changed it two months ago, checked in parking lot after they were done, it wasn't ) $330 later, he tells me it is working fine now and is 32 degrees colder, but I won't notice today because it's not that warm out. I was watching these guys working on my car, when they were supposedly working, and I really don't think they did a thing. I would not take any vehicle here again, in fact I would like to take them to small claims court. They are committing fraud in my opinion. BEWARE!!!
