I always go back there because they are super professional and their charges are superb. The owner Nick is very very friendly and knowledgeable.

We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

Mark and all the folks at Preferred Auto are the best. Since i have had a couple German cars lately i haven't been there for a year or two. When i brought in a used Acura for them to check before i bought, they did an extremely thorough check, and though it was low miles, the car was older and needed more work than i wished to do. The charge was more than reasonable, i would have been happy even if it had been 50% higher for the work done. They are always honest and fair and look out for their customers first. This place was busy right away this morning when I arrived. Still they were able to squeeze me in. I thought I need a tire patched as it was flat. Ends up it was only a bad valve stem. They switched it out in no time and didn't t even charge. I was pretty surprised and quite speechless. Thanks a lot guys. I had backed into a curb and twisted my muffler. It was leaking exhaust and making quite a racket. The Tru-Line guys assessed the problem and got me same day over to a great muffler shop to get it fixed up. So technically they didn't repair it, but they diagnosed it and got me taken care of with a great muffler shop. Great service. Quick. I'd go back again.
