I made an appointment the night before for 7:30am the next morning (apparently appointments aren't necessary though), but of course, I overslept and missed it. When I arrived at 10:30am, they were all very forgiving and super kind. Besides being very knowledgable, the staff was eager to help and was very patient at my lack of knowledge about car/auto stuff. There's complimentary coffee and soft drinks available for you as you wait, as well as magazines and free wifi. They offered me a ride to work so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. The ride to and from work was pleasant - Jim was very friendly which made my ride to work nice. They called me a few times throughout the day to update me with what's happening with my car, which was helpful.While I don't know too much about standard pricing for auto services, I think the price I paid was very reasonable. I got a smog test, safety inspection, oil change, rotated tires, replaced my air filter and fixed an annoying crack on my windshield for around $170, which I don't think is bad. They made a list of parts I should replace for next time, and did not pressure me to get the things fixed now. Ultimately, given the price and the great service, this place is a pretty good deal. I'll be coming back here for all my auto/car related needs.

Had my transmission replaced have to get redone about 1 year later

This is my go to mechanic shop. My car is a 1991 Toyota Celica that was a gift from my grandpa before he passed so with that sentiment I'm trying to restore her to classic glory. This is where Chris and his trusty crew, Izzy and CJ come in. My upper engine and cooling system needed an overhaul this time but now it sounds quiet, smooth, with better acceleration while curing the overheating problem I was having. This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later. High quality auto repair in Pleasanton CA

Brian very patiently and expertly diagnosed the reason for my engine suddenly shutting down for apparently no reason.

I purchased a used 2000 Nissan Maxima from Dublin Nissan on 8/27/2010. This was a replacement car for a 2000 Maxima that I owned but was totaled in a recent auto accident. I found a replacement at the Dublin Nissan dealership, which appeared to be a perfect replacement because the Car fax report I was given by the salesperson indicated that it was maintained regularly according to the 2000 Nissan Maintenance schedule. In addition to the Car fax report, the salesperson showed me a list of recent repairs that had been performed by their service department to bring the Maxima to acceptable Nissan sale condition – Services performed included replacement of the two front tires, and brake pads on all 4 wheels. Based on both the Car fax, and the Dublin Nissan Service reports I expected no further service would be required for sometime. Was I wrong! After we purchased the car and drove it home over a hundred miles away, my wife sensed a vibration in the steering wheel while braking to exit off of I-80 near our home. I was concerned enough about the vibration that I took the Car to the Brake Masters in Roseville on the following Monday. They checked out the vibration and found the front and rear rotors to be warped. They had to resurface the front brakes, replace the rear ones, and replace all four brake pads. The brake job cost me $ 655. I contacted the Dublin Nissan salesperson, and asked Nissan Dublin to help pay for the brake job, since the Dublin Nissan Service just serviced them and did not disclose that the rotors were out of specification. The Nissan Dublin’s service department had to know the rotors were warped because they reported the brakes were check, and only needed to replace the brake pads. I believe that the Dublin Service department should have fixed the rotors and replaced all the brake pads before giving their approval on the brakes and the sale of the vehicle. I cannot recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this dealership. To date, I ha
