This is the ONLY place I take my Porsche. Don and his team provide excellent service. An example : My alternator went out & after a night on the trickle charge I thought I could make it over. Unfortunately my care died only a few blocks away. I explained my situation to Don and he sent a mechanic over with an extra battery to assist me in completing the journey to the shop.

I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!

Brought my Audi r8 to check for steering vibration the car was diagnosed and Found out it was a rim bend the staff did a great job with the diagnostics. However I never got a call to let me know to return to the shop so the car was just idle in the parking lot. Bruce was helpful he informed that he was going to email me with rims and tires options for the car however I never received the email with the info. Thank you

I discovered Auto Care Specialist after too many years of being a dedicated dealership customer because I wanted to insure my car warranty was maintained. I took my car in to Auto Care Specialist today for basic service, and fully expected to have the oil, oil filter, air filter and lube done. When Chris contacted me to let me know that my car was in great condition and only needed the power steering fluid flushed, I asked "What about the oil and oil filter, and air filter?" Chris said "Not needed at this time!" Call me surprised by that news, as my car's oil and oil filter were always changed, every 6, 000 miles, and then always seemed to need something else done/replaced that increased the service cost well beyond what I anticipated, by the dealership. How refreshing to be not taken advantage of, and to have only the necessary work done on my car! Great and prompt service. It may have taken me too many years to find this quality auto service center, however, I am thrilled to know that my car care needs will be taken care of, without my needing to take a 2nd out on my house! When I first came to California a year ago, my clutch ground completely away from my 1999 VW Jetta and I needed a repair. I was expecting to pay $800, but was billed only $630!
