First let me say the African american manager I assume never greeted me. We had new tires and two alignments done and less then 6 months later the tire was half bald which obviously indicates the alignment was not done properly. As soon as my husband begin to question and ask about next steps we were immediately told to read our contract and we were basically "dumb" for thinking that should be pointed out. The manager said come back later and I'll do the rotation although you didn't read the contract over and over in an extremely patronizing manner. I have an 08 ml350 in good condition so if the work had been done right we would not need new tires less then 6 months later. More then that this gentleman is basically "yelling" at my husband as if he is not intelligent. My husband is an accountant of high intellect I then informed him not to contract me because we own a business and are aware of how contracts works. At the end of the day we do what is right for the customer not in a manner that demeans or patronized them. He begin to yell louder mock me say " I'm not dealing with you I assume because he did not want to be corrected by a women. This man was extremely unprofessional condescending. Funny thing is when the caucasian women went to get her car he placed her keys in her hands warmly and said have a beautiful holiday. But I did not even get a how are you today. Being in management for 17 years I have never personally experienced reverse racism. Guess there is a first time for everything. Please stay away from this place. If you can't please read your contract and you will be better served if your non black. Good luck and choose wisely.

Very poor business practices, they do not protect your property and when something happens they do not want to take any responsibility for the damage. I took my truck in to them, due to a bad transmission. They told me it would need a new rebuilt transmission and it would cost $ 2700.00 to do it. I told them I did not have the money and it would be a few weeks before I had the money. They told me that was ok, I could leave it there they would do the work and then I could pick it back up when I had the money. They told me they had plenty of room to keep the truck there rather than bring it back when I had the money to do the work. While my truck was there it got damaged, someone hit the rear driver fender and damaged the fiberglass fender. I picked up the truck and drove it to Riverside, and that evening I noticed the damage. The first thing the next morning I took it back to them he said that they would review there cameras to see how and when the damage occurred. I waited almost a week and they never got back to me to let me know what they found. I went in to see about the damage and he said that the cameras did not show anything. Rather than calling me to let me know he just figured I would go away. I am very disappointed in there actions. This not only makes me mad, but he has also lost additional work as I have another truck that needs a transmission and they will never get that work as A result of all the hassle they have put me through. If you are going to take your vehicle to them be forewarned they do not car it they damage your vehicle. Very poor business practices..... I am telling everybody to go elsewhere to have there vehicles repaired. As this is a transmission most of the time you will have to leave your vehicle there a days at a time and a lot can and does happen there.

Best auto repair shop I've experienced in my 45 yrs of owning cars. These guys are polite, timely and proficient. Wouldn't take my car any place else.

So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. Probably the most honest place in town. I came because Econo Lube told me I needed new brakes which sounded fishy since they were about a year old. Came here and after a few minutes they said I didn't need them. They just needed some tweaking and cleaning. Boom! Worked like new, no more terrible noise, they wouldn't even take my money. This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN!!! I took my car in for an oil change and the next day I noticed something leaking on my garage floor. I took my car back and the owner proceeded to tell me that it was my "rack and pinion" and that "it needed to be replaced" right away at a cost of $1100! The owner was very apologetic and offered to show me what was wrong with my car (I am not a mechanic and would not know what I was looking at even if he did show me). I opted to take my car and get a second opinion and the other mechanic told me that THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR! He stated that someone had just spilled some oil all over the engine compartment and that my rack and pinion was just fine and had no leaks! Now I have to wonder if I was taken advantage of when I had Allstar Auto Center fix my brakes. The owner gave me the same apologetic song and dance that he would have to replace my rotors because they were in such bad condition. I went in there that time for a simple oil change and to have my tires rotated, and walked out of there paying $360. Now I wish I had asked for the old parts to know if those repairs were necessary.
