I wouldn't bring my car here unless it's a very basic service that you need like change a battery or spark plugs. They are overpriced and incompetent with their services. Stay away from the shop. You may not see your car again!

They didn't overcharge, they're straight forward and broke the billing down really well. They even washed my car, maybe even waxed it. As soon as the mechanic arrived we got a price quote, and promptly began working on our vehicle. The time went over what was estimated but the price did not. J&W Wreckers ripped me out off! I bought a piece from them and they shipped me the wrong part. I talked to the owner over the phone and though he admitted he sent me something other than what I ordered, he said he would not return my money till I paid for the return shipping on the part that I did not order. He wanted to make me pay a restocking fee as well. After many, many calls he finally agreed to return all the money but when I sent the item back he only gave me a partial refund. He was very rude over the phone and kept lying to me. Now he has the part and my money.

My family has used H&M for almost 40 years. I can call them with my dumb questions, and they have a great sense of humor, appropriately priced and fast!
