Great Experience
TOS is awesome! They have great service and most importantly awesome communication with their customers. Dion called me and explained the concerns he had with my truck. He gave me prices and options and was never to pushy to get any of it done. When I arrived, Mark the owner came out into the lobby to greet me. They finalized the payment and paperwork as my truck was pulled around and I was out of there in timely manner. Again TOS, thanks for the Exceptional service! Mike Williams

Auto Repair
I bought a lemon so its great to know I have a repair shop around. Tom, Annie and the rest of the gang are helpful, fast and efficient. Prices are good too.

Auto Repair Lexus
Have had a 2001 Lexus for about 6 years and TOS has kept things running great. Have brought it for the scheduled service, a few unexpected repairs as well as other little things like battery replacement, oil changes, etc. I feel Tom has always been forthright with me about the condition of my car, things to keep an eye on, and costs. Had a mechanic friend from SoCal take a look at the car recently when I was visiting. He confirmed the car had been really well looked after, mentioned the exact same issues Tom had brought up, and felt the prices (I keep a file with all my service receipts) right in line. Was reassuring because I wanted to feel confident in referring a friend to them - and in posting a favorable review. Should also mention the waiting area is very comfortable and they can provide shuttle service if you need it.
