First let me say the African american manager I assume never greeted me. We had new tires and two alignments done and less then 6 months later the tire was half bald which obviously indicates the alignment was not done properly. As soon as my husband begin to question and ask about next steps we were immediately told to read our contract and we were basically "dumb" for thinking that should be pointed out. The manager said come back later and I'll do the rotation although you didn't read the contract over and over in an extremely patronizing manner. I have an 08 ml350 in good condition so if the work had been done right we would not need new tires less then 6 months later. More then that this gentleman is basically "yelling" at my husband as if he is not intelligent. My husband is an accountant of high intellect I then informed him not to contract me because we own a business and are aware of how contracts works. At the end of the day we do what is right for the customer not in a manner that demeans or patronized them. He begin to yell louder mock me say " I'm not dealing with you I assume because he did not want to be corrected by a women. This man was extremely unprofessional condescending. Funny thing is when the caucasian women went to get her car he placed her keys in her hands warmly and said have a beautiful holiday. But I did not even get a how are you today. Being in management for 17 years I have never personally experienced reverse racism. Guess there is a first time for everything. Please stay away from this place. If you can't please read your contract and you will be better served if your non black. Good luck and choose wisely.

Probably the most honest place in town. I came because Econo Lube told me I needed new brakes which sounded fishy since they were about a year old. Came here and after a few minutes they said I didn't need them. They just needed some tweaking and cleaning. Boom! Worked like new, no more terrible noise, they wouldn't even take my money. Where do I begin? Holy smokes - what an experience. This is the worst experience ever. Too bad you can't give ZERO stars and/or negative numbers. All you need to do is ask Lou (the guy I've been dealing with since day 1). I have a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My car was sent there by Infinity. This is the insurance used by the other party who hit my car. My car suffered rear bumper damage among other damages. Lesson learned - you can take your car to any body shop you desire. Don't be fooled into believing this is not true. I'm not saying I was fooled into believing this but many believe it. My car was there almost an entire week. Needless to say, I returned the rental and I went to pick up my car because I was told it was repaired and ready. The first thing I noticed was the display for the rear view camera was not correct. I pointed this out to Lou and I agreed to stay a bit so they can attempt to resolve the issue. My first question - did anyone perform some kind of QA on the car before calling me? Since then, I've taken my car back multiple times (on my own time and no rental). I have been very patient and I have given Sharp Image many opportunities to correct the MANY problems I have discovered and the problems they created. What started out to be a $XXXX.XX estimate has now almost doubled and escalating. They have replaced the camera, the trunk lid and a couple of pieces which they broke when attempting to repair my car AFTER I was told my car was completely repaired. They repaired one of the pieces with a piece of a cable tie/strap! My trunk doesn't close properly now. The inside paneling of the trunk would not hold in place since the accident so Sharp Image decided that in order to repair the paneling they would insert 2 screws to hold them in place. Yes, Sharp Image "repaired" the paneling issue by screwing them into the trunk. So now, I have 2 screws/holes inside my trunk. Some might say, there just 2 screws but the fact of the matter is it's my car and I want it repaired properly. The final straw for me was when I was told I had to take the car to the dealer for the camera issue. I informed Sharp Image that since the trunk lid was replaced that there are MANY imperfections in addition to the aforementioned details above. For example, the rear end brake lights are part of the lid but the right side compared to the left side has gaps and just didn't look correct. I informed Lou about this and I asked if anyone looks at the post-work installation? His response was yes they do and that parts can only be put on one way. Huh? I understand they only go one on way but the fact that there are MANY imperfections doesn't that raise a red flag? He then told me after my visit with the dealer to bring back the car AGAIN so he can look at the imperfections. I humored Lou and told him I would take it to the dealer. Do you think Sharp Image has called me for an update and/or any kind of follow up? The answer is no... So I thought maybe it was me, right? Maybe I'm just being difficult and nitpicking. I called Infinity and voiced my concerns and displeasure. I told them I was going somewhere else and took it to a Ford dealer. I showed the service guy (not the body shop guy) the imperfections and his reaction were priceless. He shook his head and could not believe the "repairs" performed by Sharp Image. He then looked at the camera issue and shook his head some more. I wonder if they thought I wouldn't check their work/repairs. Obviously, something is broke with their process. How does ALL of this go unnoticed? Why did I have to point this out to them? So as of 05/13/14, Ford has my car and is repairing my car properly. I have NEVER written a positive/negative review for anything in my life but I had no choice but to do my first review. I can go on about this experience some more but it gives me a headache just thinking about it. I read the positive testimonials on their website and just laugh. I wonder why they don't post these types of testimonials. Again, I thought maybe it was just me but before taking it to the dealer I showed all the imperfections to many people for their reaction/input. Results were all the same. They all shook their heads and they were in disbelief. You can show someone in high school my car and they can point out all the problems within seconds. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you.
