First time I've been here but I've been recommended by multiple people. Superb work! First off they aren't cheap, but no German car repair is, but what you get is quality with them. They didn't overcharge, they're straight forward and broke the billing down really well. They even washed my car, maybe even waxed it. Car smelled better than when I gave it to them and they were working under the hood. Now that's service. When my car breaks down again like all good bmws do, I'll bring it back. Travis Chaney

I've been to these guys before for an alternator replacement and they did a great job. When I realized my car was leaking oil I brought my car to them to find out what was going on. They took the time to look carefully for the source of the leaks and found the valve cover gasket had shrunk over time and the bolts had worked their way loose. They also noted that the radiator and heater hoses were old and cracked. The car was leaking oil AND water! Nathan and Kevin replaces the gaskets and hoses, tightened the bolts and attended to a few other issues. I got my car back running like new! I'm really impressed with their attention to detail. I wouldn't bring my car here unless it's a very basic service that you need like change a battery or spark plugs. They are overpriced and incompetent with their services. Stay away from the shop. You may not see your car again!

I brought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler in for transmission issues about a year or so ago. Less than 5 months later, my Jeep began leaking really bad again. About 5 months later like clockwork, my Jeep started leaking bad for the third time. In my opinion, I believe they did not do a complete and thorough check of all potential leak problems or they lack the skillsl to do the job right the first time. I won’t go back to these people again

As soon as the mechanic arrived we got a price quote, and promptly began working on our vehicle. The time went over what was estimated but the price did not. He was very thorough and explained everything that was happening with our vehicle. We liked the transparency when with the large bay window looking into the shop. I have been a long time customer and they took care of me a couple years ago. Having said that, I have never been so screwed over by a company. Trusting them to fix my car and save me money, I left it with them on a Monday morning. Then I rented a car and waited. Wednesday I call to find out the status and they STILL have not even touched my car. I ended up renting a car for 8 DAYS. $300 later, (cost of car rental), they STILL had not gotten around to fixing my car. So I picked it up today and drove it over to VW in Roseville. They quoted me $400 to fix my car in about 24 hours. So THANKS roseville engine, for doubling my cost of fixing my car. OMG don t ever take your vehicle to this location.
