When I was in California Maxat Hybrid provided me with probably the best automobile repairing service in this parts of US. I had some problem with my Prius on last weekend and visited these guys; had a great experience. The team is very good; they take really good care of the car and thoroughly inspect the problems, quickly resolve the same. They also provide original parts and are endorsed to Toyota. J&W Wreckers ripped me out off! I bought a piece from them and they shipped me the wrong part. I talked to the owner over the phone and though he admitted he sent me something other than what I ordered, he said he would not return my money till I paid for the return shipping on the part that I did not order. He wanted to make me pay a restocking fee as well. After many, many calls he finally agreed to return all the money but when I sent the item back he only gave me a partial refund. He was very rude over the phone and kept lying to me. Now he has the part and my money.
