Family owned business, caring, knowledgeble. Very friendly staff. I had a tricky issue and they fixed it in a timely manner.

Do NOT come here if you have an investment vehicle. I have come into this shop since April 2022 to do four installs, including speakers, a subwoofer, an amp, and a head unit. The first install was fine, but I noticed that Felipe was constantly saying that he has "been doing this for 30+ years". After the next few installs, he became more and more arrogant and his customer service skills went out the window. Instead of helping me find a solution to any issue that would come up, he would say "what can I tell you?" or "I told you there would be nothing but issues with this unit". Also, he would take 1 week vacations constantly throughout the year without notice or website updates. He would also stop answering messages via text and voicemail. The last visit was the worst on 10/21/2022. After spending $580 just for a head unit install without parts, I came for a follow-up. I asked him to add the two usb cords that came with the head unit somewhere under the dash. Thirty minutes later, he calls me to pick up the vehicle. He had drilled straight through the area under the dash without asking me or even taking off the panel first, and he did not even have the courtesy to clean up the plastic debris. I really hope he did not drill through any wiring behind it. I felt like he rushed me out because he was going on vacation the following week. Overall, I believe Felipe is someone who is unenthusiastic at this point in his career, and he will likely retire soon. I would not count on any warranties that he offers or responsiveness. This shop is disrespectful and unprofessional and puts the JL Audio banner outside the shop to shame. Take your business elsewhere. If he treated someone like me who spent a lot of money at his shop, imagine how Felipe will take advantage of you. Thanks

These guys fixed a nail in my tire. I didn't have an appointment, and they fit me in. They said it would take 40 min and it took 40 min. I killed time in the shopping centre across the street. Nice guys, everybody smiling. Fair prices. Give them a shot!

I had a great experience with William Michael Automotive. I brought my car in with a weird noise and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution. I was blown away by the emails I received from them with photos of my actual problem along with diagrams of how it should look and function. I research the heck out of my shops because I care about my car. Jay was highly rated, and I was given a casual recommendation through FB. I pulled the trigger and brought in my '06 BMW for some scheduled maintenance. I got my rear brakes done, a coolant flush, and a brake flush. I quoted the same work through the dealer just up the street and Jay came more than 30% cheaper. He dropped me off at work, and also picked me up as well. Now that's service. He sent me pictures of the parts he replaced and kept me updated on the progress. It seems simple that someone would think to do this now, but most don't and I appreciate it. Never felt pressured or pushed. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about my car. Since he worked at BMW SF for over 17 years, I thoroughly trust him. He is definitely my new go to guy for BMW Service. Thanks!

They always take me in even when it's a last minute emergency. Their estimates are very good. They work long hours. Most importantly, they care about their reputation. The Best body and paint work I've seen thus far. I highly recommend Spectrum, I recently had my BMW hit from the side and the paint and body work looks as if nothing happened, blended well and you can never tell it was hit! There reasonable, trustworthy and most important fast! They won't have your car on the back burner, will expedite quickly while being precise! They do everything from classics to common cars to expotics this is a great body shop! A+++ :)
