Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! Very bad service. They don't honor a verbal promise.Calif Labor Code:920. The employee refused to give me a free retest.Even though he had evidence I was a customer entitled to a re-test.Breach of Contract. His words were as follows:"Get out of here ,I don't want you're buisness." I was definetly mislead in comming here.
