I've visited American Tire Depot twice and both times I've enjoyed my experience. From the initial phone call for information to me walking out of their doors happy. They always help me out but finding exactly what needed to be fixed and not just trying to get more money out of me. I took my one year old daughter in with me his last time and she's very friendly so when she said hi they said hi back and even talked to her. She even spilt a drink and they told me not to worry about it and they cleaned it up. They have gained my trust and whenever I need something done they will be first on my list to go to. I went to the PEP BOYS in Fresno at 693 W. Shaw. Needed a key for my 04 Tahoe after one was made at the Hanford Pep boys in Hanford which did not work. Your employee on Shaw made the key and took back the one that was did not work. I was not charged for the second key and I thought that was very nice of Pep Boys to honor the products they sell.
